He was predeceased by: his parents, Fulton Roberts and Dovie Roberts; and his siblings, Gary Roberts and Genova Claypole. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Roberts; his children, Jeremiah Roberts, Jeffrey Jump and Felicia Jump; his stepchildren, Justin Washum (Tiarra) and Jessica Witt (Jeff); his siblings, Fulton Roberts (Nancy), Mary Jones (Wayne), Nicky Jones (Doug) and Gail Rump; and his brother-in-law Clifford Claypole. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and four great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
