He is survived by: his children, Christina Ellzey (Brad) and Stephen Makie, Sr. (Estelle); his grandchildren, Benjamin Ellzey, Stephanie Lind (Zachary), Will Ellzey, Stephen Makie, Jr. and Samuel Makie; his great grandchild Blaise Lind; and his brother Paul Makie (Karen). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
