We announce the death of Irmgard Thoma of Florence, Kentucky, who passed away on August 12, 2026, at the age of 88. Irmgard will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Irmgard’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her brother William "Willie" Thoma; her parents, Georg Thoma and Johanna Thoma; and her sister Ellie Thoma. She is also survived by friends and cousins.
