He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara Carter; his children, Kathy Wible, Brenda Carter, Kimberly Bingaman, Robert Carter and Kelly Heitkamp; and his grandchildren, Bruce, Kalub, Andry, Mark, David, Chris, Rachel, April, Mikayla and Jasmine. He was also cherished by husband, loving father & grandfather who meant more to his family.
