He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Resing; and his brother Albert Resing. He is survived by: his children, James J. Resing (Shannon), Maria Dowdee (Robert), Lisa Helmer (John) and Ann Resing (Nancy Taylor); and his brother John Resing (Mary Loretto). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
