Glavan, IV (Danielle), Janey Glavan, Benjamin Glavan, Paige Glavan, Dylan Glavan, Casey Wojcik, Brody Wojcik and Mason Wojcik; and her great grandchild Joseph J. Glavan.
In lieu of flowers, sympathy may be expressed by a memorial contribution to the Dementia Society of America in Jean's name.
