It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean W Chalk (Florence, Kentucky), born in Sharonville, Ohio, who passed away on September 11, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Fountain Chalk and Ruth Williams Chalk; his wife Ruth Jean Chalk; his siblings, George Donald Chalk and Edi Mae Chalk; and his son-in-law David Pate.
He is survived by: his children, Ted Chalk (Gayle) and Peggy Chalk-Pate (Joe); and his brother Jack Chalk (Janice). He is also survived by his grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.
