He is survived by: his wife JaNoel Smith Lowe; his sister-in-law Margaret Lowe; his niece Jennifer Lowe of Ann Arbor; and his nephews, Rob Lowe (Laura) of Naples and Frederick Lowe (Catherine) of Chicago.
