He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Kuth and Elizabeth Kuth; and his siblings, Margaret Eppink and William Kuth. He is survived by: his stepmother Helen Kuth; his wife Jo Ackman Kuth; his children, Joseph Kuth (Joy), Stephen Kuth (Ginger) and Kari Kuth; and his grandchildren, Sara, Josie, Willow, Jay, Abi and Stevie. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
