He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Sebastian; his wife Lillian Sebastian; and his son Mark Sebastian. He is survived by: his children, Darlene Smith, Johnnie Sebastian (Debbie), Beverly Sebastian, Pam Neace (Leonard), Shelly Griffith (Dwight), John Daniel Sebastian and Connie Maddox. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and many great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
