He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Campbell and Ruth Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Janet Campbell; his children, Jeannie Frisch, Rob Campbell, Melinda Campbell, Brittney Tucker (Joe) and Skyler Campbell; his siblings, George Campbell (Sheila) and Judy Kitterman (Charlie); and his grandchildren, Amanda, Stephanie, Rachael, Cyndi, Chloe, Dallas, Kylie, Michael and Jalynn.
