It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce A. Mullins of Florence, Kentucky, who passed away on June 24, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ballard Mullins; and her parents, Thomas Isaacs and Zuma Isaacs. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
