She was predeceased by: her parents, John Calvin Lindley and Linnie Ruth Hinson; her great-grandparents, John William Love Mayhew, Mayhewtown and Methodist; her husband Joe W. Smith; her siblings, Dorothy "Dottie" Woods and John Calvin Lindley Stines; and her half-brother Lance Burnette.
She is survived by: her stepfather Paul Burnette; her children, Joe Lin, Lin Smith (Sylvia) and Sherry Smith (Pete); her niece Ann Woods; her granddaughters, Jennifer Wyman (Bill) and Rebecca Smith; and her great grandchildren, Trae Wyman, George Wyman, Max Wyman and Braden Wyman.
