She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Phelps and Jozie Phelps; her sister Donna Condini; and her brother-in-law Mike Hubbard. She is survived by: her husband Danny Marsh; her sons, Taylor Marsh (Charlene Powers) and Tanner Marsh; and her sister Linda Hubbard. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Kathy's honor.
