He was predeceased by: his parents, William Vaught and Shirley Vaught; his grandchildren, Gemma Bray and Aidan Wagner; and his pet Buddy.
He is survived by: his wife Julie Vaught; his children, Jessica Bray (Scott), Karly Raper (Gregory) and Brady Vaught; his stepdaughters, Amanda Myers (Brian) and Allie Ramshaw (Charlie); his grandchildren, Macie, Beau Bray, Archer, Jocelyn Myers, Charlie Jr., Hudson and Maxwell Ranshaw; his sister Donna Edwards (Bob); his sister-in-law Mary Baker (Rick); his nephews, Joshua, Dave and Bill; his brother-in-law Pat Keedy (Carol); his niece Amanda Hawkins (Andrew); his great-nephew Ethan; his nephew Jason Edwards (Emily); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mary, Kate and Will; his niece Mary Sweet Branmstedt; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kassia and Jacob; and his pets, Rocky, Bentley, Boss and Leo. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Church of Christ (6080 Camp Ernst Rd, Burlington, KY 41005). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at the Union-Rice Cemetery.
