She was predeceased by: her parents, Seishu Chinen and Kamado Chinen; and her son Chotoku. She is survived by: her husband John Miller; her children, Chieko, Sadai and Kiomi; her brother Seiei Chinen; her stepson John Waxler (Jayden); and her caregiver John Miller. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren.
