She was predeceased by: her husband Boyd E. Howard; her son Robbie Henry; and her brother Robert Fugate (Barb). She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Henry (David) and Lisa Mulberry (Shane); her grandchildren, Larissa Winkle, Jeffery Winkle, Jr. and Alexis Mulberry; her sister Kelly Fugate; and her nephew Robert Fugate.
