She is survived by: her children, Jessica Lynn Pollitt (Nathan) and Justin Kase Brierly (Terrie); her boyfriend John Turney; her sisters, Rebecca, Charlotte, Tina and Stephanie; and her grandchildren, Kadyn, Kaleb, Dylan, Raylynn, Kerina, Kylee, Kiersten and Trinity.

Memorial donations may be made in Lisa's name to the Brighton Center Recovery Center for Women, Florence, Kentucky.
