She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Rouse and Lula Rouse; her husband Harry Rich; her children, Randy Rich and Phyllis Dixon; and her siblings, Fred Rouse, Jr., Donald Rouse, Jackie Rouse, Clifford Rouse, Delores Newby, Thelma Serra and Anna Feltner.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Rich (Tina), Jimmy Rich (Denise), Connie Haywood and Brenda Bell; and her brothers, Victor Rouse, David Rouse and Buddy Rouse. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Serenity Funeral Care (40 W 6th St, Covington, KY 41011). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
