He was predeceased by: his brother Jack Hoerlein; and his parents, Mareenell Hoerlein (Romes) and Vincent Hoerlein. He is survived by: his wife Freida Stephenson; his daughters, Lisa Eckert (Matthew) and Deborah Thomas (Mike); his siblings, Jill Hoerlein Kremer and Gary Hoerlein; and his siblings-in-law, Don Kremer, Jo Ann Allgeyer Hoerlein, Virginia Stephenson Huff, Helen Stephenson Murdock and Mabel Stephenson Martin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and life-long friends.
