She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Koscielniak and Dora Koscielniak (Milesczyk); her husband Eugene G. Stamates; her grandson Travis Stamates; and her brothers, Matthew, Steven, Walter and Edwin Koscielniak.
She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Stamates (Kathy), Timothy Stamates (Susan) and Mark Stamates; and her grandchildren, Eric, Megan, Miciah, Nicholas, Lucas and Marcus. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
