She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Herschel Oak and Margaret Brown Oak; her husband Allen Donald Tilley; and her siblings, Nancy Ray and Herschel Duane Oak.
She is survived by: her sister Linda Mae Stangle (Curt) of Carrollton, Kentucky; and her nieces and nephews, Heather Watts (Dave) of Carrollton, Kentucky, Shaun Ogden (Ashley), Allen, Pat, Joy, Danny and Ricky. She is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
