She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Heverly and Rena Cochran Heverly; and her husband Jack L. Herbert. She is survived by: her niece Judi Compton; and her nephew Duane Heverly. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews; and great-great nieces and nephews.
