She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Bays; her son Morgan J. Morgan; her mother Gloria (Whetstone Kling); her brothers, Allen Whetstone Jr. and Gerald Whetstone; and her grandparents, Allen and Laura Whetstone (Snyder).
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Laura Schmidt (Whetstone) of Belleville, Amy Downs (Cook) of Liberty, Jane Whetstone of Akron, Paul Whetstone of Austin, Andrew Whetstone of Delaware and Richard Whetstone of Myrtle Beach.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Florence Baptist Temple (1898 Old Florence Pike, Burlington, KY 41005).
