She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" Berlage. She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Jett (Joe) and Christine Church; her sister Jo Ann Fox; her grandchildren, Joshua McGoron, Mitchell McGoron (Christie), Kyle Church (Diana) and John Church; and her great grandchild Hailey McGoron.
