He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence Long and Alice Robbins. He is survived by: his spouse Hanna Dittrich; his children, Jimmy Long, Janice Wren and Paul E. Long; his grandchildren, Angie Sparks Kelsch (Rob), Stephanie Ann Brown, Jessica Dolhancryk (Brandon), Rebecca Gibbs (Kelly), Krystale Wren, Kevin Long and Ian Long; and his great grandchildren, Jameel, Tanner, Madison, Sophia, Will, Dallas, Savanna, Amberly, Jasmin, Conner, Dylan, Cora, Valerie, Hannah and Evelyn.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Don Catchen & Family Funeral Homes (3525 Dixie Hwy, Elsmere, KY 41018).
