He is survived by: his son Steven Napier; his daughter-in-law Sarah Napier; his grandchildren, Rebekah G. Napier, Zoe M. Napier, Charity D. Napier and Noah J.-E. Napier; and his cousins, Joe Brewer and Bonnie Napier. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
