He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Earl Gosney and Phyllis Gosney; and his siblings, Greg Gosney and Deneena J. Pettit. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Gosney; his sons, Ralph E., Dean R. Gosney (Karen) and Shane M. Gosney (Jade); his siblings, Peachy Gosney, Jimmy D. Gosney, Mary M. Harlow, Wanda Revercomb and Donna Allman; and his grandchildren, R. Lambert, Michael, Mary, Kate, Ben, Noah and Claire.
