She is survived by: her husband Paul Chambers; her daughters, Kristin Brummett (Travis), Vanessa Chambers and Felicia Helvey; and her grandchildren, Jacob Brummett, Emily Ceboci (Nick) and Sarah Brummett.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home - Independence (11382 Madison Pike, Independence, KY 41051). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
