He is survived by: his children, Mark Campbell (Teresa), James Campbell (Kathy), Richard A. Spencer, Brian Campbell (Anna), Carrie Gullett, Curtis Spencer (Sally) and Jamie Spencer (Holly); and his sister Carrie Schultz. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stith Funeral Home (7500 U. S. Hwy 42, Florence, KY 41042). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
