He is survived by: his wife April Thomas; his son Andrew W. Thomas; his sisters, Marie McIntosh (Sammy) and Sueann Herbst (Bobby); his siblings-in-law, Brent Fogt (Gina), Chris Fogt (Freedom) and June Green; and his granddaughter Kennedy Thomas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
