He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Black and Margaret Black. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Black; and his granddaughters, Brandy Noel (Scott) of Crittenden, KY and Amanda Ewald of Independence, KY.. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
