He was predeceased by: his father Raymond. He is survived by: his children, Greg Kelsey, Todd Kelsey, Teresa Kelsey and Kimberly Cardwell; and his siblings, Jerry Kelsey, Bruce Kelsey and Louise Vanover. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren.
