He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Creekmore and Mary "Mae" Creekmore; and his siblings, Hazel Bolton, Ruth Terry, Ruby Donnely, Ethel Ferguson, Edna Creekmore, Floyd Creekmore, Jr., Homer Creekmore and Harold Creekmore.
He is survived by: his children, Wanda Adams, Jackie Goetz (Tom), Ellen Stephens (Dave) and Sandy Dalton; and his grandchildren, Michelle Conley (Chris), Christie Goetz, Andy Goetz (Nichole), Amy Krieg (Mark), Michael Stephens (Jamie), Josh Stephens, Brian Stephens (JJ), Alex Stephens (Diera), Austin Dalton and Grant Dalton. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
