He was predeceased by: his father Eugene C. Goldsworth. He is survived by: his mother Wilma S. Goldsworth; his son Larz D. Goldsworth; his grandchildren, Larz J. Goldsworth, Jr. and Delilah Goldsworth; and his brothers, Stephen A. Goldsworth (Nancy) and Scott E. Goldsworth (Kerri). He is also survived by other family members and friends.
