She was predeceased by: her brother Nathan Hughes. She is survived by: her parents, Kathy Bristow Freyler of Union, KY and Chico Freyler; her children, Gabreal Destiny Paige Clifford of Florence, Zavier Dalton Clifford of Falmouth, Kathleen Ann Hanson of Boone County, KY and Blake Sean Alexander Edwards of Falmouth; and her brothers, Justin Bristow and Jeremy Hughes. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
