She was predeceased by: her parents, Merrick Hardwick and Mary Hardwick (Scott); her brother-in-law Larry Boyd; and her husband Oluf Nielsen (Butch). She is survived by: her sister Sandy Boyd (Hardwick); her children, Robert Nielsen (Kathy), David Nielsen and Lynn Nielsen; her grandchildren, Thomas Nielsen (Cierra), Kim Slucher (Ralph) and MaryLi Nielsen; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Camille and Lilybelle Nielsen; and her nephews, Ned Boyd (Jean) and Darren Boyd (Pam).
