She was predeceased by: her parents, William Tingle and Joyce Tingle. She is survived by: her daughter Meghan Puckett (Michael); her granddaughters, Jillian and Cecilia Puckett; and her sisters, Melinda Neal and Michelle Poe. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the Cincinnati VA Medical Center.
