He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline and William; and his brother Billy. He is survived by: his significant other Leslye Hunter; his daughter Kate Kampen (Richard); his grandsons, Michael and Chase; and his sisters, Paula Morrow and Mary Simpson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
