He was predeceased by: his son Eric Thomas Werner. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his daughters, Kirsten (Walfredo), Reyes and Ingrid Werner; and his grandson Thomas James Werner.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Catholic Church (7301 Dixie Hwy, Florence, KY 41042).
