He is survived by: his son Timothy Jon Shields II; his children-in-law, Racheal Shields and Eddie Dubose IV; his grandchildren, Timothy Jon Shields III, Grey Riggs Dubose and Austin Shields; his sister-in-law Sue Shields; his brother Donald Shields; and his close friend Kelly Kessler.
