He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Prescott and Marion Prescott; his wife Karen Ballerini Prescott; his stepdaughter Rachel Klink; and his brothers, Murray, George and Warren Prescott.

He is survived by: his caregiver Ryan Ottino; his children, Amanda Brown, Jason Prescott, Jonathan Prescott, Justin Prescott and Joshua Prescott; his stepdaughter Michelle Frisch (Michael); his grandchildren, Matthew Frisch, Helena Frisch, Jackson Frisch, Damion, Dominic, Dimitri, Julia, Jasper, Jemma and Josette; and his brother Walter Prescott Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
