He was predeceased by: his parents, James Victor and Hazel Victor; and his siblings, Ronnie Victor, Linda Victor, Glenn Victor and David Victor.

He is survived by: his wife Diane Victor; his daughter Michelle Schilling; his siblings, Terry Victor (Kay) and Sandy Victor (Jerry Warfield); his granddaughters, Rebecca Schilling, Sara Schilling and Megan Marksbury; and his grandson-in-law Ryan Marksbury. He is also survived by his loving nieces, nephews, other close relatives and friends.
