He is survived by: his children, Melinda Mutters, Wilgus D. Raleigh (Rachel), Ronald Raleigh (Patty), Polly James (Carl) and Sherry Wulfeck (Norb); his sisters, Charlene Neace (Gary) and Judith Ring; and his grandchildren, Ashley Sabelhaus, Nathan Raleigh (Bella), Hunter Raleigh, Donta Johnson, Leah Raleigh and Brendan Wyly. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
