He was predeceased by: his parent Barbara Scott; and his siblings, Judy Rayburn and Bobby John Scott. He is survived by: his sons, William N. Scott and Dylan Burlew Scott (Shelby); his brother Samuel Scott (Kim); and his cousins, Beverly Goodin and Pam Morgan.

In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made in Billy's name to ASG foundation LLC.
