It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William R. Frey of Florence, Kentucky, born in Moundsville, West Virginia, who passed away on October 31, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Frey (McWhorter) and William Robert Frey. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Campbell (Douglas), Richard Frey (Sandy), Vicki Frey, Steven Frey and Gary Frey; and his sister Andrea Root. He is also survived by grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and several other friends.
