He was predeceased by: his parents, Mae Elkins Fields and Bill Fields; his wife Anna Ruth Sizemore Fields; his granddaughters, Ashton Faith Allen and Lauren Hope Allen; and his sister Patsy Boggs.
He is survived by: his daughters, Eugenia "Genia" Allen, Patricia Sexton (Luther) and Ella Melissa "Missy" Jones (Roger); his grandchildren, Nick Sexton (Caitlan) and McKenzie Jones (Landon Willis); his great grandchildren, Lincoln Sexton and Penelope Sexton; and his sister Alene Maggard. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
