He was predeceased by: his parents, John James and Ethel Inez Lewis Carroll; and his daughter Deborah Sue Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Eva Mae Robitaille Carroll; his children, Reverend Charles Allen Carroll (Jan), Rebecca Ann Madden (Mike) and Janetta Carroll; his grandchildren, Angela Stewart (Lee), Anna Powell (Randall), Paul Radford (Kim), Michelle Carroll, Michael Carroll (Abegail Ara), Tommy Krages and Shelby Gross (Dustin); and his great grandchildren, Abigaile, Gavin, Shaun, Zenaida, Charlie and Quinn.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to River of Life Church in Jack's memory.
