She was predeceased by: her siblings, Sherman Allen, Craig Allen, Linis Allen, Bernice Eubanks and Lela Barton; and her great grandchild Lexi Leigh Hall.
She is survived by: her husband James Lonnie Partin; her children, Cynthia Hall-Mayes (James) and Donald Hall, Sr.; her siblings, Billy Allen and Zora Greenwell; her grandchildren, Kristin Hall and Donald Hall, Jr. (Amanda); and her great grandchildren, Bryce Dunbar Hall and Stephanie Ann Hall.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Connley Brothers Funeral Home (11 E Southern Ave, Covington, KY 41015). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
