She is survived by: her children, Lisa Collins, Jim Collins IV (CeeCee) and Drew Collins (Lyn); her grandchildren, Morgan, Cameron, Cal, Carolyn, Michael and Nick Collins; her brother Charlie Calvert (Bonnie) of Maysville, Kentucky; her sister-in-law Mary Nell Bolger (Al) of Naperville; and her daughter Carol. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
